Color theory is so interesting to me. The way colors make people feel, the mood it evokes in people. And lighting, lighting goes a long way in creating an atmosphere. I feel the same way when creating a website or a brochure - the colors you put out there are the mood or feeling it evokes when going to that website. If it is harsh or unwelcoming, people tend to go away from the site. If the feeling is calm and inviting, you want to read more.
